Parties up to 3 guests $500* minimum. Additional guests: $150* per person.

Please note: A $200 one-time service fee will be added to every private dinner to cover shopping, prep, delivery, full service and cleanup, as well as an assistant chef on site.

Eggplant Tower

Fried eggplant topped with creamy Ricotta Cheese and homemade marinara sauce, finished with shaved parmesan and fresh basil

Arugula Salad

Arugula topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan and pine nuts, finished with a light lemon vinaigrette

Chicken Marsala

White meat chicken sautéed in a rich marsala wine sauce with Italian prosciutto bits and mushrooms, served with oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with fresh thyme, rosemary and sea salt (pasta optional)

Italian Cannoli

Cannoli shells piped with sweetened ricotta cheese finished with mini chocolate chips and/or pistachios

Button mushrooms over-stuffed with a buttered breadcrumb and mushroom medley stuffing baked until soft

Wedge Salad

Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with sliced red onion, bacon and chunky blue cheese dressing

Braised Short Ribs

Beef short ribs braised in a rich red wine/tomato sauce
Served on creamy parmesan polenta

Asparagus Parmesan

Asparagus spears slow-roasted in olive oil and sea salt and finished with fresh shaved parmesan cheese

Brownie Skillets

Individual skillets with homemade, hot brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge

Large shrimp marinated in sea salt and coconut milk, breaded in panko/coconut flakes and fried oil golden brown. Served with sweet duck sauce

Ahi tuna tossed with diced cucumber, creamy avocado, fresh ginger and soy sauce, served on a crispy fried wonton

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and shaved parmesan mixed lightly with classic Caesar dressing

Alaskan salmon seared and baked medium with olive oil and sea salt
