How it Works
First, we will set up a time to go over your expectations, and talk about your very own menu and recipes – created just for you.
During this call, we will discuss your favorite restaurants so I can get a feel for what styles of food you enjoy. We will discuss food allergies, flavor likes and dislikes. I will ask if there is a memorable dish from a past special occasion that you would like me to recreate. After our call, I go to work creating you the menu of your dreams and sourcing fresh ingredients to bring this memorable dining experience to life at your table.

Reunions, date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, out-of-town guests, gifts, holiday meals, office parties, first dates, bachelorette parties, and just about every other occasion you can think of.
We also offer a full food cart for outdoor parties and festivals including a grill, smoker, wood fired pizza oven, flat top, and fryer.
Tacos, dogs, burgers, corndogs, steak sandwiches, grilled chicken, smoked pork butt, brisket, smokes wings and more.
Food cart is available for rent as well.
